Have you made a Will?
Making a Will enables you to choose who will inherit your property if anything should happen instead of
leaving the choice to the law.
The law specifies that your next of kin should inherit if no Will is made and therefore if you wish to leave
property to a friend, unmarried partner or charity, a Will should be made. A Will enables you to appoint
Executors who are people you trust to administer your Estate properly and sort out all your financial
matters. You can also appoint Guardians for your children.
